Founder of GOLDLIFE axis
health, default behaviours, environment, mindset, financial foundation, purpose, and spirituality — the ground beneath them all — using a structure I built from thirty years of lived experience. It is called Goldlife Axis.
“Living life at our highest potential is a responsibility — to ourselves, our families, and the generations to come.”
Dr. Galit Goldfarb
👉 You are not broken. Most people were simply never given a structure that works.
Most People Choose Between Science and Lived Experience. I Never Had That Luxury.
With a doctorate in nutrition, I understood the biology.
As a survivor of a seventeen-year eating disorder, two cancers (at thirty-eight and again at forty-one), two marriages and two divorces (married at twenty and again at thirty; divorced at twenty-nine and again at forty-seven), the raising of two daughters with severe disabilities, and the building of a real estate foundation from a vacuum cleaner — I lived the reality.
The system I teach today was not created in theory. It was built because nothing else worked.
I am Dr. Galit Goldfarb, a scientist, educator, and author. I did not come to this work through theory alone. I came to it through the places where theory is tested: exhaustion, cancer, crisis, motherhood, financial pressure, fear, and the daily responsibility of continuing to build a life when collapse would have been understandable.
For more than three decades, I have worked across nutrition, medical science, and personal development. Along the way, I stopped looking for isolated answers and began building a structure that could hold a whole human life.
That structure became my Seven Pillars framework:
Health, default behaviours, environment, mindset, financial foundation, purpose, and spirituality.
When these pillars begin to align, the body finds stability, the mind becomes clearer, and life begins to feel meaningful again. Not through force. Not through punishment. Through the right conditions, built in the right order, beginning where life is most under load.
My mission is to help people reclaim their lives with science, structure, and compassion.
This is not more information. It is a way back.
For most of my career, I taught the body work first — through the Guerrilla Diet, through the books, through the videos, through the website that has now reached millions across two languages.
But over the last decade, I came to see that the body work alone is not enough.
The full structure had to be taught — all seven pillars, covered. Not in any prescribed order. In whichever order each life requires. That is what Goldlife Axis is.
My work is personal, but it is not built on my story alone. It is built on what my story forced me to understand.
In my late twenties, I became a single mother of two daughters with severe disabilities, without financial security or a reliable safety net. I was told that if I could not support them, I could lose them. That moment made rebuilding my life non-negotiable.
Over the next three decades, I rebuilt across the seven pillars I now teach:
health, default behaviours, environment, mindset, financial foundation, purpose, and spirituality — held together day to day by structure.
I rebuilt my body after two cancers. I built financial stability from nothing through real estate. I built a body of work in nutrition, health, mindset, and personal development. And eventually, I was able to bring my elder daughters back home, where they live with me today.
The wealth I built was never about status. It was about freedom, dignity, care, and the ability to create a life strong enough to hold the people I love.
That is what Goldlife Axis is built around.
Goldlife is also personal: Goldfarb is my family name, and a gold life is the life I learned to build from the ground up. Axis is the center that holds everything together. Without an axis, change becomes scattered. With one, the seven pillars begin to support each other, and life becomes stable, clear, and meaningful.
The order of rebuilding is personal. The structure is universal.
Over the years, I realized something important:
People don’t fail because they lack motivation.
They fail because they lack structure.
When you have a clear system — one that aligns biology, habits, and mindset —
everything changes.
At the heart of all my work is one purpose: to empower people with the knowledge, tools and structure to build lives they can increasingly direct for themselves.
Health should not feel like a battle. Mindset should not feel like a performance. Wealth-building should not feel like a casino. Purpose should not feel like a luxury reserved for the few.
No extremes. No shame. No cycles of starting over.
Just a clear, grounded way of living that supports your body, your inner image, your finances, and your purpose over time.
My work is grounded in science, guided by lived experience, and built on respect for the human being — body, mind, structure, soul.
The greatest reward of this work is not the stages, the books, or the credentials. It is the quiet moment when someone says:
“I finally understand. I’m not broken. The structure was just wrong.”
And when asked whether they would go back to their old habits — even if they seemed easier — they smile and say:
If you are here, something in you already knows it is time for change.
You don’t need to rush.
You need a clear direction — and a system that works.
